UPDATE: Fixed a bug where the HUD would not update when the max health upgrade is picked

Hello there,

This is Increwitches, an incremental bullet heaven idler with some roguelite elements. This build is mostly a prototype, and is missing some features that I want to implement.

Update: This build includes some changes to the game based on feedback, a big thing I was not able to include in this build was the new meta progression system that I have in mind, that will be included in a new build at a later time.

Your feedback is appreciated : )

Hello. I cannot give much feedback on the Windows Build as there's not much here yet and I couldn't figure out a way to hard reset to test different things. Uninstalling and reinstalling keeps timer, souls, and enemy and soul values and only resets skills.

My experience was: 1st run I died after a minute or so. Did not realize death increased stats. Second run bought regen early but the second run boosts made me unstoppable. Did not need health or regen upgrades, just kept buying attack upgrades. May not have even needed staff or aura. Got bored after three minutes.

Health is broken on the download, it always showed as 50 max. Weapon tool tips are not very helpful as they just show level and not damage.

I'd like to see more of the meta progression and where you're going with this. Enemy variety would be good. TD games use enemies that cannot be hurt until they're in melee range or are resistant or even immune to certain attacks to force you to spread out your skills.

I'm concerned that main witch can do everything. Something like Survivors where you have multiple unlockable witches with different kits or if you had a limited number of satellite witches you could equip to get skills might add variety and replayability.

(1 edit)

The Stats of the current weapon doesn't change, it stays the same but the weapon itself is upgraded.
Edit: it seems like only the dmg changes.

weapons do not improve if you but upgrades

Weapon stats remain unchanged if you buy them.
